The President Of PeaceTrump! Trump! Trump!
I have no doubt that everything LVGD says about Ron is true. However, there are also a few supporters who expose this philoshiphy--my trainer is smart, hard working, has good owners and all others are jealous. However, unlike LVGD, they then go on to bash other high % trainers as cheats and POSs. Lets face it, every hard working trainer is not nearly as successful. This only causes more attacks on your trainer. As Amy and Beans have said, it looks like there is a penchant in the game for doing this. I'm sure another factor in the Burke's success is that if they do get a horse that does not turn out as expected, they will get rid of it, albeit at a loss. You can't bat a .1000 . Knowing when to cut your losses is as important as anything. Some owners and trainers look at the horses almost as pets and are very slow to admit that they can't cut the mustard.
Mark Weaver has told me of many horses they bought for large prices that soon go into much lower priced claimers to try and recoup some losses. Every Delaware sale is loaded with Burke horses that are not as good as they hoped the horses would be under their regimen.Success takes an entire team of good players. Ron Burke will also be the first to tell you that he has a top quality staff at each track or training center they stable horses. I really admire their operation. I can't see how Ronnie and Mickey Jr. keep everything in such perfect order. Like I said many times, if I can't or won't train myself and the horse is any stock at all, Burkes would be my first choice.
here we go again While I was thrilled with the way my horses raced on the weekend, I knew that the acccusations would fly. The horses were in classes they should do well in and the barn in nj is sharp right now and yg has never been sharper. Now to juice junkies I will make the same deal to you that i offered flukemaster you put up 10 thosand vs my 100000 and you can have total access to my barn which is recorded by the way with 16 camera on a 30 day loop. If i cant win races anymore or you catch me cheating you keep the money. If not I keep the money ,you are welcome to stay as long as u like. Dont say u dont have time because 100000 will cover either your time or a group of peoples time
Ron, I am not challenging that you are cheating. I am trying to have a discussion. I surely cannot come for a hundred grand, though for 250,000 as a salary I would come and work 10-12 hours per day and report what I seen to the masses here.I do hope you are not cheating and I was more creating a place that people could think and compare what you are accomplishing verses what Lou or Cassie or Croghan etc have done thru the years. Thanks for the reply and the offer.
He has great hair. I bet he doesn't use Suave.
Watch it Hollar, my Uncle created the Suave brand when he worked for Helene Curtis. (and now has a villa in Italy in addition to his Highland Park home and his Ft. Myers condo). It's great stuff (or was when he sent us freebies all the time)
Is there a special type of Suave for men with less hair on their heads ??
