I think Notre Dame is a good football team but boy they had lady luck on their side this year .

Notre Dame deserves their shot.  They beat everyone on their schedule and the win at OU was a damn good one.  I don't think Kelly is going to be around long as he will get a $4.5M offer from the NFL.  Notre Dame better back up the Brink's truck and lock him up if they can.  He has proven he can win wherever, whenever, and with whoever.  This is not a super talented ND team but they are a really good TEAM.  Te'o is the glue.  The QB has really improved.  I think they may be outmatched against Bama but OSU was outmatched against Miami in their NC game. 

This ND reminds me A LOT of the OSU 02 NC team.  Great defense, decent offense, good running game, great special teams, and ball control.  Tressel ball at it's finest!
