Never done it myself but been to several. I know the cooks did it real slow over several hours. Bet you could find hints in a google search. There are many cooking sites on the web.

Here's one for ya Tross: A buddy of mine was in the graduating class from the U of I Vet school, so they decided to roast a pig. They bought one, and since they just finished Vet school and knew everything, they euthanized it. After it cooked for hours, they started slicing at mealtime. It smelled just like the chemicals they used to kill it. They passed the hat to get enough money to send somebody to KFC.

ps, make sure to use a meat thermometer. Have fun.

I haven't seen a pig but I believe either dirty jobs or an episode of Andrew Zimmern's show show them butchering a cow.

The proper way to start a good Pig BBQ is to cut of the genitalia, salt and pepper and gag away.

You c********rs.

That is a direct quote from Pigland to you.

Yes she excelled in school this year again and her mother has filed a suit against the people who defamed her.

Weren't you one of them?
