  I'm a little touchy right now because in the past couple weeks we buried

my 37 year old niece who died in a terrible accident with horrific circumstances so I'll hold my tongue but

Thinking about her final moments takes ones own mind to a dark place.

Anyone who takes their own life is not mentally stable.  I don't like the slaying of the dog, but at least she didn't kill any other people.  I just hate it when i read that someone killed their family and then took their own life.  The human mind is very complicated.  With all the modern medical marvels, it remains the least understood.  I must have taken 20 psychology courses and  I still can't understand stuff like this. There is no single answer as to why stuff like this takes place.

I've had 2 people close to me do it and it's not easy to go through for those they leave behind. They were not thinking clearly and are mentally in pain and see no other way out.

It's very sad.

The dog belonged to her boyfriend who died a month before.

I think it was ore about lashing out at him than anything.

In a round about way the below article put you on the right track. I don't know what she was feeling

because I never walked in her shoes, I do know she has suffered her whole life with mental issues

and drug/alcohol abuse. It just puts me in pain to think she has 2 boys who needed her and she was

not even strong enough to hold on someway to try and take care of them. She was a sick lady.

I don't know the particulars on the situation(s) but after reading that her man died, and she had lost custody of her kids I was hoping she could obtain the help anyone would need to recovery from those types of situations. Let alone with prior mental problems and drug/alcohol abuse. May God rest her soul and somehow shine light on her family and friends especially her children!!!!! HeartbreaKing.

She had her youngest when he was 6 I think, so maybe the report was wrong?
