These mares are so very tough. I love watching them on the half!

I would hardly say Krispy Apple was "up the track" after pacing in about 1:53.2 though. Sort of tough to get one ready to go that fast at Yonkers the first start. I'd love to own her.

The half sucks, and she wasn't ready, she finished 6th in a 7 horse fiels and when you are off the pace on a half and finsigh 6th in a 7 horse field beaten by 4 lenghts you are up the track. Who wouldn't want to own her, that isn't the point. I


I would love to own a lot of horses, doesn't mean they need an excuse she wasn't ready and if this race was at the big m she would of been beaten by 10 .

This race was one hell of a race too. I thought See You At Peelers was third and she dead heated for the win. WOW! I watched it three times and thought the 50-1 won it!

Did you see that Peelers also got sideways a little in the lane? Wonder if that's because these mares are used to a big track?

I never thought I'd see pacing mares pacing this fast in March at Yonkers!

Well its in the 70's and this division is going to be sick this year. especially when they get off the shit 1/2 and get on the bigger tracks

She probably needed a start and clearly didn't fire this week but I don't think she was up the track (especially after it was charted she was interferred with).  As far as Anndrovette goes hindsight being 20/20 maybe Timmy should of just popped the pocket going into the final turn but as it stood she kind of got shut down in the pocket.  Hats off to Rocklamation who raced super.  Long series and long season....Good luck
