Cimags says it has ruined the payoffs. I say otherwise if you hit one because you had more combinations.

It has really only hurt the Chalky payouts....made them more so....remember, the Canadiens could always play 20 cents.....the new rule just added American Chalk to the pools.........

There are still great payouts when you beat 2 of the favorites....sometimes you only need to beat one big one..........
