With his stub fee set already, I find this comical that he is racing this colt just to get to a million. if you are going to race him, than race him. Don't enter him against some crap just to say you got to a million, you look like an ass as an owner

I would be willing to look like an ass if I could own a horse that won a million dollars.

Several new stallions from the Western Hanover line have set up shop in the state. Yes, his connections are in no position to move the stud fee at this point, but cretating some positive buzz when the competition is far removed from the racetrack isn't a bad thing, and can only be a plus in getting him off to a good start. BBJ's weak finish left folks with more questions than answers, and performing well in Florida, even in diminished circumstances, will work in his favor.

The concept what have you done lately rules harness racing and sports in general. Up until a few weeks ago Aaron Rodgers was the prohibitive favorite to win the MVP award, but it now looks like a strong finish may give it to Drew Brees. It's not what you do but when you do it.
