NFL Week 17
« on: January 01, 2012, 08:17:26 AM »
Easily the toughest week to bet  4pezz2
Not sure what I'm playing, but leaning towards these.

DET -6
GB will likely rest most while Det need to stay ahead of Atl. Already have a small wager on Det -3.5 from a few days ago.

SF -10.5
Need to win to get a week off, may still be able to rest some given their shit opponent. Goes against the DDHD rule though.

NE -10.5
Need to win to lock-up #1 seed. Like above, weak opponent may mean big early lead but concern is back-door cover.

MIN - 1.5
Vikes continue to play hard every weak while the Bears are done.

NYG -3
Just think Giants are the better team. Both team way too inconsistent from week to week.

Mia -3
Jets/Sanchez/Ryan way overrated. Talk a good game though.  dorkusinterruptus

Phi -8
Eagles finally playing like they were expected to. Was better on road though.

Late-game bonus loser parlay:

Oak -3: Win and watch the score board
KC +3: Orton gets revenge. Also like OVER 37.5 here

Agreed on the tough week to bet comment.
Gonna play a few anyways.

Carolina +7  I only put 2 pts on NO in my cofidence pool
Cleveland +7  Shooting for an upset 10 pts on Clev in pool
Giants  -3  Cannot play Romo in a must game 8pts in pool

I loved the dolphins until i heard Reggie Bush was not playing. ( Can't believe I just said that) I don't like Daniel Thomas so i changed my pick in the confidence pool to the Jets after hearing this.

This week is brutal, I am tied for the lead in the year long confidence pool, and there was only 4 games I thought were locks. I could go from tied for the lead to not cashing..... shootme

The Bears Urlacher just went down at a very bad angle and his left knee bent in a direction it's not supposed to go. Be a damn shame if he wrecked it... he's had such a great career.
