despite the gloom and doom being forecast for illinois harness racing, I'm looking forward to some great racing tonight as the weather is supposed to clear later this afternoon..track condition is a ? so adjustments may be necessary later on..that said heres my thoughts on tonights card:
Race 1 - #3 Sagebrush Sid - broke losing all chance..expecting an early move tonight..using with 9,2,8
Race 2 - #7 Miss Profitability - finished well and isnt in against much here..using with 5,3,6
Race 3 - #3 Persuasive Look - last 2 throw outs as bad posts and against older foes led to no shot.. moves in and $ on the line now..using with 8,10,4
Race 4 - #2 Jake Quaider - only 5 starts this year but last was his best..may be peaking at right time..using with 6,4,1
Race 5 - #7 Char N Marg - consistent and should be upclose throut..open stretch maybe..using with 8,10,3
Race 6 - #5 MA Smash On - havent seen best yet..Holland /Miller combo..using with 4,6,8
Race 7 - #7 Feel Like Dancing - shuuffled to last and couldnt close into 55 back half..expecting a more aggressive drive tonight..using with 5,9,1
Race 8 - #5 Ryleighs Lilly - needed last and still won easy..shouldnt lose tonight..using with 4,10,3
Race 9 - #7 Madoff - last 2 races impressed against much tougher..edge..using with 2,3,1
Race 10 - #4 Iam Bonasera - huge mile to just miss..with cover trip lookout..using with 2,6,3
Race 11 - #7 FV Charm - rare form and appeared to have more in the tank..just needs a trip..using with 3,5,6
Race 12 - #3 Dinky Dune - would love a 2 hole trip and hopefully use the open stretch..using with 9,2,1
Race 13 - #7 Royale Rose - 1st lasix was key as won under wraps..using with 8,9,5
