The big difference between Montrell and a lot of guys is experience. I think if one of the big boys drive the horse, first of all they would not have gone to the half in 52 seconds-mainly because if Pierce, Purple Jesus, Sears, Yannick drove the horse, no one chases him to the half. Montrell does not garner the respect these guys get because they don't drive with him every night.

That being said, I saw Scott Zeron do the same thing with Stacia Hanover at Pocono earlier this year. I told his owner the same thing I am saying here: experience, experience, experience.

I bet Montrell comes from behind with him for a few starts now.

I only bet the pick 4s and 5s today with the guarentees.

Hit the last one and makes me happy that I took someof Gurals money too lol.

I guess that's why it paid so big.

I hit a nice pick 4 NA cup day too. I thnk on the big days with gauentee pools like that ill stick to them.

Wiggle it has cost me 2 pick 4s on NA cup night and today a pick 5 and a pick 4. Never to be singled again.

You know Montrell sucks so when you get burned that's life. When i single him he loses, if I go 3 deep he wins easily. If i ever think he is on the best horse, i'm passing the race.  I know noone here thought hecould win afterthe first 2 fractions

Who does Yannick pick? I say easy choice, Mission Brief. Hope he has to decide.

Wasn't home for the big race, however taped the replays and the CBS show.
Jimmy tried to talk Yannick out of the change.
Wonder if he included that he'd pulled the shoes on all his horses for the Hambo Card, which he stated the in the post race interview.

It was a horrible drive. But Montrell redeemed himself last night with a very smart drive. The kid is 24. He is gonna make mistakes. Driving the best 3-yo-pacer in the sport, his are gonna be more highly visible than others.
