I just looked at the menu for the best in Nevada. I would not eat there. No substitutions on the Roma pizzas. WTF ever happened to making pizza your own way?

For me it was in Laurel, MD home of Freestate Raceway. Pal Jack's Pizza. I was introduced to the best thin crust pizza you have ever tasted. It was walking distance to the place where all those Kroop Boots Stanley, Delvin, Billy and the others all wore were hand made.

Note to the owners:  You can take your cash only pizza and shove it where the sun doesn't shine.  People still use checks?

Freddy's in Cicero takes only cash, best pan pizza in the world. Cash is so much easier to hide 

I'm guessing if you ask 20 different people about the best this or that, you'd 99% get 20 different answers.

Ironically, Coccia House only accepts cash or checks. And believe me-you do NOT want to bounce a check to Joe Calabria.

My favorite pizza place in Chicago only takes cash plus checks from good customers. And guess what Jeremy - the owner is indeed Hal's age. He opened in 1972, I worked there through high school and college. Despite all that, the taste hasn't changed a bit.

Gene's and Jude's is all cash too. That technicality hasn't hurt their business for about 50 years.

I'm not a big fan of paying for food in something other than cash.  However I couldn't go out with my friends to any place that doesn't take plastic unless I wanted to buy for everyone.
