Of course, it's a free country and you can do whatever you want.  Often, I am not really happy with the choice presented. 2008 was a good example.  But, it is what it is and I think there is always a better choice between the 2 that you have. Romney will get the GOP nomination IMHO.
He may not be my first choice, but I am far closer to him on the issues than Obama.  So, I would have no problem voting for him. I think Ron Paul is really bad on foreign affairs. But bad as he is, he would be better than Obama.  I don't think he has a snowballs chance in hell of getting the nomination.  3rd party candidates have almost zero chance of being elected, so I look at that as throwing your vote away.

That is where you and I are different. I don't vote the party line. I actually vote for who I think is the best candidate, and this year I don't like any of them. So hence I will not be voting this year.

Agree 100%! The snag is: the same rats that run the show make the laws and they're never going to vote to end their own gravy train.

It's amazing how they get to Washington with very little net worth, and retire as millionaires on a salary that doesn't warrant that much fiscal gain.
