Well after taking the big card off on Saturday, I'm playing the Hawk again tonight. Glad I laid off, watched the replays and I wouldn't have caught most of those races, lots of bombers.
Here's what I like tonight, let's get some picks going!
1- Whicamacallit. Just missed scoring last time by a short margin, was charging home to finish a very tight third. Should be the top pick. ]
3- Warrawee Preferred. Shipping in to the Hawk from Rideau for trot man Per Henriksen. Per always has them ready to go when they ship in and he put down Filion to drive. I like that combination.
4- Major Hangover. I'm not a huge fan of Jones driving, but I think this is a pretty nice colt. Has been racing well from outside posts, draws in closer, should be a big player.
5- Keystone Trevor. Took back last week and ended up finishing strong second. Should get some good flow and hopefully has enough to kick home.
6- Shipps Xpectancy. Third start back for McMaster, and he's fast enough to beat this bunch. Will need some racing luck.
7- Zeus Lightning. Tough group of evenly matched trotters.
9- Dream Rocker. Seems to be the class of this field.
10- Hopiesdragoninthedo. Nice field of here, going to take a flyer on this one.
