Not really. Haslem has more $$$$$$$$$ to throw at people than Dolan and Gilbert combined. I don't blame the guy in not sitting on his hands. Not too many people wanted Banner and Lombardi!!! Actually they probably would be in a better situation if Haslem wouldn't have given Banner and Lombardi the power to run ERR RUIN things!

Ruin things???

Looks like things were well f**ked up before they ever got there. They set them up pretty good for this offseason trading away Buster Richardson for another 1st round pick and they have 45 million in cap space to use. If that is ruining things, then I can't help you.

Its no wonder no one wanted to be the head coach!!!

Fairly certain I could have won four games this season if I was head coach. I would have sat Weeden back to third string from the get go, then let Banner fire me for not listening to him.

No Haslem has been the owner for exactly two years and as I said before. not many believed that Banner and Lombardi would build the team better. They (Banner and Lombardi) wanted the power.  Now they have this money and the guy that replaces B&L (Farmer) is a highly respected guy in the NFL. Only good thing that Banner and Lombardi did was to get rid of BUSTER RICHARDSON???? Oh Trent Richardson. Note I'll bet that the Clownies this year will have a better record than "DA Bears". As long as they keep those FA that Banner and Lombardi was going to let go. TJ Ward, Mack, Thomas. What they need is another stud at WR like Clemson's WR Watkins. I'd go after Carlos Hyde with their second pick.

Puddy, you have been losing for 2 long. If you don't think you need a QB with the 4th pick overall you are NUTS!!! Not only that, they need another WR or 2, and 2 RBs. You are a long way from being .500

I disagree a bit with the long way from being .500, in that I think they have enough solid pieces that with the draft and free agency they can be .500 next season.  They really need to do well in this draft though.  If they draft Manziel I will come back and say that I agree that they are a long way from .500

Even if they draft a QB in the first round look for him to be holding a clip-board. Hoyer will be starting. If they should get a RT and a RG then look out offensively!! As long as they get Watkins and Hyde. Hoyer played great when he was in but got hurt scrambling.....  I'd rather have Watkins and Hyde. Look at Cinn. their QB is below ave. EVEN THOUGH BOOMER ESIAISON HAS A MANCRUSH ON HIM!!!

Now look for Peyton Manning to be the Clownies next GM WHEN HE RETIRES!!! Peyton was a Tenn. Volunteer and guess who was a alumni...... YEP Haslem AND HE GAVE MUCHO DINERO TO THE TENN PROGRAM WHEN PEYTON PLAYED. Plus they are friends I hear. I'm sure that Haslem kind of knows what is going on because of his minority ownership in Pitt. Hey the guy wants to win badly. In Cleve. we heard that Banner and Lombardi were going to let TJ Ward and Mack go to free agency. (2 Pro_bowlers)  and they did not plan to resign them.

Agreed!! Don't want Johnny Football. Let him go to Oak. and party away. Still think they can get a decent QB in the second round. They have all those draft pic's and they need to get it right. Plus I would boltster the Right side of the OL through FA if they can.

Cavs and Browns are both a mess.  The Indians owner is really missing his chance to turn this back into a baseball town.  Out of anything that is what I am the most disappointed in.

Your right. Hope they don't re-sign your Fav pitcher. Ubaldo is only good for a 1/2 a year, once ever 6 or 7 years. rflmao1 rflmao1 rflmao1 The guy I'd like to see them sign is N Cruz. I'm thinking he wants to show people that it's not the steroids that did it for him. Plus the Tribe needs a bat like his. He can carry a team when he's hot.

Ubaldo would be good as long as they keep the pitching coach.
