Personally I think this is a joke, either the man had the numbers or he didn't.

I didn't care for Ronnie as a player to be honest I thought he was a self centered ass but when he

started on the Cubs radio I found out he just wanted to win, period ! Yes I was wrong about him as

a player but I know as a man Ronnie had more heart and guts than most of us could ever dream

of having.                R.I.P. # 10

  I'm definetly not a scrubs fan,but its a shame he didn't get elected when he was alive.  I guess if your numbers are borderline you have to die to get elected.

First this is great news.

Absolutely disgraceful he isnt here to see it. Someone should be ashamed.
Why would they do this? I suppose when Pete Rose dies they will put him in too.
