NFLD Needs Puddy to come back!!
« on: October 11, 2013, 08:22:38 PM »
God I'm watching these races and ALL you see is Wrenn leaving!!! If I had horses that WOULDN'T happen. When Eddie Fisher used to do that, I was in a race with him. Eddie had a Hinklin horse and used to make 1/4 moves all the time to get to the front. I told Kramp, (IN NO UNCERTAIN WORDS!!!) WE ARE GOING TO THE FRONT!!! AND IF HOLLYWOOD MAKES A 1/4 MOVE YOU HANG HIS ASS!!!! ( MY MARE loved the front anyway) Well Hinklin before the races was begging Kramp not to leave. ( He must have told him at least 5 times not to leave) My sister paddocked my horse and she told me. ( Again I told Kramp WE ARE GOING TO THE FRONT!!) So race unfolded and we went to the front, Eddie made the 1/4 move and we hung him out to dry!!! We won!!!! and at least when I was in a race Eddie didn't do that Shit!!! TO ME!!!!!

RWJ is almost always on the favorite so he is leaving no question about it and he can get a horse to leave and hang on getting home.  that said  no one will challenge him on the front and if someone does,  it is some long shot that should not have tried it.   but if the 2nd pic would go after him, RWJ will only take him on so far and he cuts him loose  usually to come back at the 5/8th or before and blow right on by .   Gotta face facts.   Ronnie is tuff to beat when he is always on the favorite and He is intelligent so he knows what he has between the shaves what that horse is capable of and then.   thumbsup   He doesn't make many mistakes .  but he can be beat but it's tuff.  He is really good guy and that is a super plus too.  and he gets a GREAT BIG A +  WHEN HE WALKED OUT OF DELAWARE JUDGES OFFICE AND TOLD THEM TO KISS OFF.  thumbsup thumbsup lilcheerleader

Hmm that sounds like Eddie when he was the big cheese there! Always on the Favorite. Always left, at the time he WAS the sweetheart of NFLD. Again I say let some guys hang him (NO MATTER WHAT THE ODDS) and then we will see if he leaves like he does. Come to think of it Wrenn does have a REAL hard time coming from off the pace. I watched him at Scioto, and the few times he raced in Buffalo. Saw him pull with a 90-1 shot and laughed my ASS off because he got in the way of the flow and he backed through the field. His telling the judges to kiss his ass eventually will draw negatives. might be a better way of doing it. (YEAH I know we all want to tell the judges off. I remember KK SR. coming into the winners circle one week after Sr was taken down and SR. came into the circle and gave the SALUTE of his middle finger!! Cost him too!!!)

Ryan Stahl got the uncontested treatment when he was the top driver there while everyone else was out somewhere else earlier this year.  Now that there are others Nicole Gagnon's training % has been going down.

On a different note Calvin Hollar's % is up about .040 compared to last years at this time... too bad if you don't get one of the top 3 drivers all the others seem to hurt your chances of winning.

maybe that is why i like the old way of racing. Didn't have the give and takes. If Kash Sr was in the race with W Irvine, YOU KNOW THERE WAS A PARKING GOING ON!! I was at the paddock a lot and was laughing my ass off what they were saying to each other.
