The scotch guzzling blithering idiot AKA Fuzzypants is making another scam associated plea at BTW concerning a horse named All Time Hit aka Hip Jive.
Another wah wah story about a former horse owner willingly selling a horse and then wanting to know the whereabouts of the horse and suddenly want the horse back.
Supposedly, a back room deal was struck with the paying purchaser that he would notify the selling owner if the horse was no longer wanted.

NEWSFLASH!     Don't get rid of your horse if you are so concerned about the welfare of the horse.

Gripper, the USTA has programs for owners who want to make certain their horse never goes to a bad home. The programs are in place to assure owners that horses they love are not sent to the killers.

An owner will sign up a horse with the program and any time there is a chance their horse could be sold to a bad home or worse to a slaughterhouse, the former owner buys the horse back and gives it a home for life.

In the case of Four Starz Valley, according to the USTA, he was not in these programs until the day he qualified for Marvin Raber. This made him ineligible to be in any of the programs and according to Ohio law, Raber became the owner of the horse because he had unpaid liens on the horse (board, training, etc., for several months.)

All Time Hit was indeed signed up for one of the programs (again according to the USTA) prior to being sold.

All of the Upland Farm horses are enrolled in Full Circle....they have 11 horses they have either sold to other racing stables or retired....they know where 10 of those horses are and speak to the new owners regularly....they have done their due diligence IMO
