And how many teams were beating down his door for his services ?

Kinda like you saying that Andy Reid is a terrible head coach. Funny thing is that Reid could have taken just about any of the head coaching openings he wanted .

Highly unlikely Marc Trestman will get any impact player's interest in playing in Cleveland.  He is the traditional bad choice by bad/cheap mgt.

Trestman is coaching the Bears.

Can't blame him for not wanting Urlacher. Old, slow and hurt all the time: not very desirable qualities in a linebacker.
