Some horses are just snake-bit on every draw. I have a bunch of win pictures of a little pacer I had and most of them he's wearing a red 1. My stepdad's trotter was usually wearing a purple 9. My best trotting filly would draw outside the 5 hole most all the time, but she liked to race from off the pace so it never seemed to bother her. She'd get braver with every horse she picked off heading for home.

A Rocknroll Dance's division is so competetive that the draw means a bunch. I witnessed many draws at the track, and run many as race supt. at our fair, and I've never seen a rigged one. Sometimes I have questioned the assigned positions in Invites, but other than that it's as fair as possible.

I've been at Blmpk for quallys, and the office is announcing that they a horseman to witness the draw for a card 3 days later, and it was like pulling teeth to get a horseman to walk up the steps from the paddock to watch for 5-10 minutes and sign the draw sheet.
Somewhere in Kenya a village is missing it's idiot.
