They already have the signs up.

The slots sign was easily noticeable while I was waiting on line to PAY for parking.  noway

Seemed like the kind of neighborhood where slots would do well - low income.  slaphead

It is a mix.  There are some nice houses in Macedonia, even a few in Northfield right by the track with Solon and Twinsburg nearby.

Yeah those good ol days. The days of Kash Sr. and William Irvine. If one had the inside and the other left you KNEW they were parked the WHOLE MILE!! not this give and take shit and pulling at the 1/4 just cause you have a inside hole. Ledford have a lot of air last night. He was sitting in the 4 hole and Brett had the lead. Even though I bet Brett I said GOOD HANG HIS ASS!!!!  If drivers knew there was a non driving SOB and had the rail in the old days, they KNEW if they left they would be parked the mile at Nfld. Now most are catch drivers and some don't give a shit about the horse and how ruff a trip they give one. So they get on another horse next week.!!!!

I remember those good old days.  The old unpaved parking area, somewhat hilly as I recall.....back when my granddad lived close enough to hear the race calls from his backyard....those good old days are just distant memories...

Years ago when I owned horses I had a horse that loved the front end. We had the 5 hole but the others inside us were not much leaver's. At that time Eddie Fisher was going to the front with everything and in my race he had a horse that couldn't leave much but Eddie ALWAYS made a quarter move and the drivers then would let him go. At that time I told Joe Kramp (trainer, driver) that we WERE leaving and if Eddie made his quarter move, HANG HIS ASS!!!! What happened? we did go to the front, Eddie pulled BEFORE the 1/4 pole and Kramp HUNG HIS ASS OUT TO DRY. My mare ( at the time they only had a F&M invite race so you had to race against males) was a Invite horse only to drop in class still won!!
