Gabe Prewitt at Northfield tonight

In The Sulky (the original inthesulky.com) member Gabe Prewitt is announcing at Northfield tonight. He is great to listen to and is also great for the sport. This young guy absolutely loves harness racing!! He nearly alone is keeping harness racing in Kentucky.

I'm certain it is just an oversight that Gabe has not joined again yet.

I agree.   You can feel this guys passion in his calls, his interviews and I feel he honestly tries to give out good selections when he does his segment in Kentucky.

He has gotten much better calling races and his accent is 2nd to none.

I tell you, Mutter's mare raced one hell of a mile! If not for the turns, she'd have jogged! I caught the tri to get back most of my pick four losses.

Ryan got to sit up in the announcer's booth with Gabe on Ky Sires Finals night. Ryan really likes Gabe. I've known Gabe a couple of years from past bidness dealings with him and he is a gem!

Gabe is the Knappy in KY, except he actually cares about the horsemen.

He called there Breeders Crown night, as well. Does a nice job, although he uses "Christmas is coming" nearly as often as Ayers uses "If this one was a fight"

He was also solid on the interviews in the Red Mile winners circle on Futurity Day

I kinda got hooked on him from Lexington.  I really like his voice and he is so layed back.  He is a breath of fresh air at Northfield that's for sure.  No offense Giss  I am not referring to you.  I really miss you at Northfield.

Hey Gary, was on here catching up and realized I better take care of my "oversight" and get signed up... haha. 

Great new setup btw, I still get on an read from time to time even though I had not signed up yet.  I wanted to say thank you for your support as well, you have always been very kind and good to me.  How are you and Ryan doing back in Vegas?  I am thinking about making a trip out there in December with some friends, we'll certainly have to catch up if so. 

I have to take up for my man Knappy too, he has been overly helpful and good to me also.  He is working hard to push gaming across the wire in Ohio!  Can't speak for anyone else, but I serve on the HHI Board with him and he is my partner in crime at the annual meetings.  Always goes out of his way to help me! 

I would like to thank everyone else for the feedback as well!  I don't get much time on the microphone with the limited season at The Red Mile, but I sure enjoy every opportunity that I get to call and it is an honor to get to call at a place like Northfield as well. 

I am contemplating taking the announcing job at Buffalo Raceway in NY during the off season, and that would get me some air time if nothing else.  Plus I would be even closer for backup duties to Mr. Ayers.  Will be deciding on that in the very near future. 

I will be back at Northfield tonight (11/14), and also on 11/25 and 11/28.  Again, I appreciate the feedback very much good or bad.  I truly want to do a good job...
