Negaitve Breeders Cup afterthoughts

My personal thoughts after watching the Breeders Cup since 1984.
I think they have added way too many races to the schedule.Some of these races now look like just any other race during the year only  with a bigger purse and a catchy name.
Saturday is supposed to be the main event yet we have a marathon race as a highlight ? I cannot think of another race run at that distance on dirt that is graded.Then they toss in a 5 furlong turf race like it is supposed to be a big deal ? I acknowledge that I hate 5 furlong races.
What is going to be next a 2 furlong sprint down the lane for 2yos ?
The 3 yos and up of both sexes are the real drawing cards in this sport yet they are divided in to 2 days.
As much as I love CD I think Belmont and SA need to be part of a regular rotation and please stop with the 2 urs in the same place bullshit.
I will start another thread for positive thoughts on the BC.

I got bored watching it myself.  I also got annoyed by them talking up Union Rags after he lost and saying that it was a case of the best horse not winning that day. 

I don't consider 6-1 or 7-1 to be long odds on races where there is 13 or 14 horses, but the one announcer did.

It's one thing to mention Chantal and Mike Smith were dating, its another thing to ask her after finishing second how it feels to lose to her ex boyfriend like she they are high school kids

I love all the races. I don't want them to expand anymore but I like it like this. More chances to make a big score.

I think too many races have diluted some of the fields talent levels.
Again I think Pletcher and or Repole have to be held accountable for what they put Mo thru this year.
Was it fair what they did to the horse and public leading up to the scratch in the Derby ?
Was it really a good idea to run in the Classic after no recent race around 2 turns ?
I think Velasquez taking off of 2 of Plecther's horses in the same race to ride Stephanie's Kitten says alot.

AND AGAIN HOW IN THE HELL DID GOLDIKOVA NOT GET DQ'D ?
