3    Social Network   L    16     4     1    2    1:51.0M    $43380     Andy Miller    Nick Surick

4    Hurrikane Kingcole   L    9     3     0    2    1:47.3M    $117034     Yannick Gingras    John Mc Dermott

5    I Fought Dalaw   L    8     3     0    0    1:49.3F    $40750     David Miller    Sam De Pinto

6    Simply Business   L    8     0     1    3    -    $35650     Ron Pierce    Jimmy Takter

7    All Stienam       7     0     1    2    Q1:54.1F    $18043     Yannick Gingras    John Butenschoen

Why bother racing in the elim for the Adios then??

I think this was a brilliant move. Apparently the horse is much better on the mile track. He also would not have Gingras driving (no knock on Dube, but Gingras is among the top five drivers today while Dube is not). I truly believe post position is a much bigger deal in The Adios as well.

Might as well try and win an easy (or easier) one.  :o

Not sure if you were asking me or Elgin. I'm in central IL and it's kinda on 'life support' here, and the dolt we have for a Gov refuses to do a single thing to keep it alive. The Casino interests have the IL pols in their pockets.

A slots at the tracks bill passed by both houses of the Statehouse, but sits unsigned on the Govs desk. The casinos don't want the track bettors playing anyone's slots but the casino's.
