Lou uses high test in his mowers. He can zip through a lawn in record time.

if that doesn't work........he's the right stature for a lawn jockey.  Maybe Amy could hire him as a living Knome.

I have a feeling he'd be no less of a smart ass than the ones I have.

I see nothing wrong with mowing lawns for a living.  It is an honest activity. If I lived out in California I might hire him.  Wouldn't have to listen to mowing noise too long when you hire speedy Lou.

Nor do I. Lou brought it up in his interview, which I think is why we're playing along.  thumbsup

Funny...All total, I have an acre to mow. Up until this summer, I did it myself. Took 90 minutes counting time for rider and push mowing in tight spots.

Neighbor's kid came a calling in April, looking for business. Said he'd do it each week for $15. Pfft...I told the kid there is no shot I would pay $15. I got him down to $10 and we're all living happily ever after.

He had the audacity last week saying that counting the gas and the use of his mower he wasnt really making any money off me and asked if we could re-visit the discussion of payment.
I told him next year we'll talk. A deal is a deal. I am trying to teach him a little something. When you make a deal, you must honor it.
