Raber is 100% wrong, this is no jealousy, it is fact.   Wendi owned the horse prior to the phoney amish sale...Raber ochestrated the sale to illegally obtain the horse.

Might even be a book in it.

Not much bickering here can do. We will all be monitoring the horse now if he ends up in a sale or racing and that will be that. Hate seeing well meaning people bicker.

Great point Grape. The whole story begins at the point the horse was originally given away. Nobody knows exacly how Mr. Raber obtained the horse, but the minions see no problem in telling lies and half truths to try to fill in the blanks.
It all wreaks very badly of a cover up with Raber as the fall guy. Were drugs involved?

He knows all the facts because I told him the facts, but he also has been told a lot of bullshit by someone who supposedly knows the "facts", and her "facts" only serve to put her into a more positive light than if this horse goes on and wins a lot of money.

And oh yes, the horse is cleared in Ohio. Let them protest and waste all the time and energy they want to waste. 

And yes, I know exactly how Mr. Raber got the horse. He bought the horse after it had already been sold several times. The funny and ironic part of all of this is that the horse could easily have wound up in a can or a lion's pen, but Mr. Raber saved the horse from death, and now they want to screw Mr. Raber.

It's really not hard to find out the facts. Just call the USTA.

I do recomend you try some of the other forums for a different "take" on this situation.

Lets see him get entered and race.
He was not scratched till after the uproar.

He hasnt raced in ohio in over month.
Raber the kind man giving him a month off!

I do feel sorry for the race sec having to field all of us idiots bothering him.

And letting him knwo he has a guy with a creulty to animals conviction driving at his fair on a horse that was designated for pleasure only by the USTA.
