She is in to go at Batavia on Sunday and we need your help to stop this horse who has a history of injuries and was deemed unraceable by a licensed veterinarian.

If I owned this horse and was prevented from racing him after the OSRC, two vets, and the state declared the horse ok to race, I would get him out of my name and send him to the nearest slaughterhouse and have pictures taken of him being slaughtered, skinned, and butchered, and then post them all over the internet.

Maybe then these assholes would stfu when they don't know what they are talking about.

The horse was not illegally as you dopes have suggested. Keep listening to the  NY dog trainer / ex moderator that has started a story based on a pack of lies.
Hey Doherty, go take care of your rats, and your horses too. Don't worry about a horse that doesn't belong to you. Marvin Raber saved the horse's life. Star was in horrible condition when he obtained him, half starved to death. The original owner dumped the horse.
The big question is who was the horse given to. Why hasn't this person been named. Something funny going on? Doherty and her friend from Cali better take a good long look in the mirror and stop calling decent horsemen thieves. The original owner from Cali dumped the freaking horse. If she was so concerned she should have kept it.
