Ohio horse owner/driver/trainer, Roger Bartley, Jr., a good friend of many of us, passed away unexpectedly earlier this year. He would have been just 45 years old on July 12th. I've received word from his sons that a race in his memory will be held at Scioto Downs on Saturday, July 14th. My wife and I are going to try and attend. Roger was a gentleman and a friend. Thought some of you fine Ohio folks might want to know
