Goos connections need to make sure its a good deal.
They want the horse to be part of that card more than the horse needs to race against older horses.

I am torn on this.
Agree with you. I'd study long and hard on what's best for the horse before I took the bait on that deal.

Appearence fee and maybe a win bonus.
A spot on national TV and a story on the horse on CBS just for starters.

Chapter seven and Arch Madness are tough.
but then again he might just beat them and outshine the hambo winner on hambo day.

Very tough decision and whatever the connections do Ill be ok with.
As a fan would be exciting to see him race on nat tv that day.

The trotting side has kinda bred itself into a corner, and desperately in need of out-crosses. That's something that made Kadabra so sought after. Googoo's mom is by Veeba Rova who sires some monster trotters in Michigan. (who often beat me at Balmpk) It'll be interesting to see what's in GG's future.

Kadabra goes back to Nevele Pride and ultimately Stars Pride on top. Just as McArdle is keeping Bret Hanover from biting top line dust in NA, Kadabra is doing the same for Nevele Pride in NA.

I understand that there's trotting ability on the bottom, but give me a list of the successful trotting stallions who are by pacing stallions from the last forty years.

Googoo is a freak. Revenue was brought over to provide outcross opportunities. How much support did he get? Where is he now?

1 you can supplement into a ton of these races. If he wants.

Goo is holding ALL the cards for hambo day.
Hold out. And the appearence fee should be higher than the winners purse in the Nat Ray.

What is a recent precedent for appearance money? Back in the day Eddie Cobb  would play Yonkers off against Roosevelt in search of a hefty bonus for Adios Butler breaking the TR.

Dancer and management at Vernon wanted Albatross to set an all-age mile record at that track, so management put together a $20,000 open with a $5,000 bonus going to the horse that could break the record. Neither the weather nor the field cooperated so the record stood.

If he goes in The Dancer the fans will have already seen him at the Meds.
Pay him an appearance fee and give nothing to Chapter 7 ? Or the others ?

KEEP ON DREAMING HE DESERVES NO SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS.

The owner claims to have said he could fly before he even raced and did not spend the $500 or so to be Hambo elgible.

San Pail's connections say that after the Maple Leaf the gelding's schedule will be pretty much the same as last year. He won the Nat Ray last year. So Gural is going to slip X amount to Googoo Gaagaa just for showing while making the 2011 HOY earn every penny he takes out of there? That would be a tough sell.

Absolutely he is .

Gural wants him there more than he needs to race older horses.
