I could care less about Josh Marks. He is a non-issue. Kesmodel is one hell of a trainer. Bulletproof Enterprises is not involved with Tracy and I highly doubt she ever got all the money they owed her for training when she did train for them.

After all it was only a couple of yrs ago he told us Marks would be back shortly.

Kesmodel has 5 Class 4 violations and 1 TcO2......occurring the past two years.........I then went back to 98 and stopped looking for more.


Again..........if Class 3, and ESPECIALLY Class 4 and 5s were never called in this industry.......we'd all be better off..........the general public is never made aware of how inconsequential the use of these medications is to the outcome of a race.

And for those who do not know......TcO2 is baking soda..........just like what most of you have in your kitchen cupboards..........and I will blame horsemen for such a big deal being made  out of baking soda, because if the dip-heads would have let the vets treat their horses with the soda properly instead of trying to do it themselves, we'd all still be throwing it in our water buckets everyday!

  This Javelina poster is gonna split someones lip why?  It is Juicejunkies and everybody knows it.  Related to Marks as I understand it.  So he is going to be defensive about his family.  Marks was spotted several times last winter in vicinity of Brainards operation despite having been barred.  Anyone defending amy juicers or associates is placing the old head in the sand.  Slot infused tracks won't/don't/can't and will not spend the monies needed to catch the cupboard chemists.  Anyone believing that racing is relativly clean vs say 20 years ago, is only fooling themselves. Ruling bodies turn a blind eye, and examples as proof are rampiant.  Knowing someone is not enough to prove they conduct business in ethical manners.

  "Folks like me" not believing what exactly?  Racing is much more corrupt than 20 years ago and it is fact..  This lily white picture we try to sell has places like Harnessphere/USTA in the dead zone.  Wake up.  Wanna deny that epogen can be administered up to 10 days out, negating any chance a detention barn is gonna catch someone?  Like to deny that there is a whole host of designer drugs that are virtually undetectable, and are being administered daily in the sport?  How about just admitting that all these trainers that are batting .-370 or higher are just smarter than their HOF caunterpartsd ever were .  How many times have we heard "Noone ever suspected........"?
