Here we are once again, embroiled in a presidential race in which both contestants from the two major parties suck. Obama absolutely is ruining this country. Romney looks like more of the same, and Gary Johnson has all the best ideas but people are so blindly following the top two that they would never consider voting Libertarian.

I am truly ill about the prospect of another four years of Obama/Romney. I think Obama will get the vote from the sheep who simply do not have the mental capacity to see past his phony facade. I just read about the coming second wave of home foreclosures, about the student loan debt, and about the federal raid of the cannabis college in northern California. He is leading the country into a hole that will be very difficult to get out of.

The Republicans are not even Republicans any longer. We must have a balanced budget, must get people back to work, and must legalize marijuana. Gay marriage should also be legalized, government needs to be cut by 75 % or more, and get people out of prisons that should not be there. Get the government out of our lives!

The Republicans deserve a lot of blame because they outsourced so many jobs for American workers by giving tax incentives to large corporations that allow their goods to be built overseas. I would end all tax breaks today for any corporation that allows one overseas job, period.

The Dems just seem to want to allow people to live off the government. I would end this b.s of people being on unemployment for more than six months. Anyone can get a job that pays more than unemployment, IF they are willing to work at unpleasant jobs. In my eyes, the Dems of today are communists.

Oh and by the way, get us the hell out of the middle east! Let those goofballs all kill each other.

No doubt about it.  I consider myself a conservative.  There are not many Democrats that are conservative.  Here in Illinois---none.  Romney was not my first choice.  But , no way in hell can I vote for Obama.  To vote Libertarian would, IMHO, just be a vote for Obama. After his latest attack on the Supreme Court, is there any doubt that we can't stand another 4 years of him?   The problem is, he comes across as a very likable guy---if you ignore his policies and statements.  Most know nothing about that. I guess I didn't do a very good job teaching those goverment and current affairs classes.

Our current president was sold to us as the smartest, most transparent, most qualified, and most likable candidate the democrats could put forward.
We find, 3 1/2 years later that he is none of these. He is simply another huckster, wedded to the coat tails of Saul Alinsky and Bill Ayers and leading the country into a cesspool of debt and negativity. A divided country to be sure.
His "progressive" handlers take the population of the country, especially those in what is described as the "heartland" or "fly-over country", as fools to be co-opted by their elitism.

That being said I would vote for anyone, be they black, white, green, or blue rather than vote for the regent in our White House and his queen. There are many, many candidates out there who could lead this country (something Barry can't do by the way) in a better direction than the king and his 40+ (and counting) czars.
After all is said and done however, my vote will still be cast for the opposition party because this fool ain't cutting it and a third party vote today is a vote for the same old strawman for another four years. If you think the past 3 1/2 have been "troublesome", you ain't seen nothing yet should this regime return with his mandates, executive orders, and excessive regulation.
It's a question of getting the Bamster out and taking the one who replaces him and holding his feet to the fire and ensure that he keep his campaign promises.

Obama's last budget proposal that he sent to the Capitol voted down 414-0 in the House, and 97-0 in the Senate. Not one Democrat would vote for it, yet he blamed it on the Republicans who he labels "The Party of No". This guy couldn't run a 1-car junkyard. And Harry Reid's Senate hasn't presented a budget in over 1,050 days, heading for 4 years, in defiance of federal law.
