Horrible paddock however.
Sportsmans had a great paddock
Sportsmans had the paddock that I think every track should have. A half-wall on the apron at the head of the stretch where every fan could see what was going on at anytime, and talk to the horsemen over the wall. It gave the fan access to the grooms, trainers, and drivers.

When they built the new paddock/security barn at the head of the backstretch at Hawthorne it was WAY handier than the old one under the grandstand. You shipped into your assigned stall and stayed there all day.
Somewhere in Kenya a village is missing it's idiot.

I loved the Sportsman's park paddock. It was great to walk by there as you were coming in to the track. It got me fired up to bet. I would almost be running to get my program and get to the windows.
