Mine came back Perry, Santorum, Bachman.  On Santorum is left, so he is the guy.
Actually, I've always liked him but didn't think he had much chance.  Maybe things are changing now, and he does. thumbsup thumbsup thumbsup

What were your percents?  My top was Romney at 47.9%

Some answers I was hoping for

In regards to social security...  Reduce foreign aid and use that money for social security

In regards to gay marriage...  The westboro baptist church is against gay marriage, do you want to be like them

That does not make sense.  So, anything the Westboro Baptist Church is against, you can't be against also?  There are some things that President Obama is against that I am also.  Does that mean I'm like him?  Sorry, but I think marriage is between a man and a woman.  I don't care if gays live together.  I don't care if they love one another or what they do in the privacy of their bedroom.  I've had gay friends and had to work with gays.  They had no problem with me.  I had no trouble letting them know exactly how I felt.  Most of the gays I knew or know I would say are good people.  But, that doesn't mean I have to support everything some might believe in or I am anti-gay.  I don't play political correctness games.

That may help...some but I'd rather we turn the clock back to the Lyndon Johnson (DEMOCRAT) era and cancel his (and Ft Worthless Jim Wright) looting of the Social Security trust fund by placing those billions of dollars into their "General Fund".
Had to finance Johnsons War on Poverty don'tcha know??
Now there's a democrat program that really worked!!!
You can be pretty sure there is tyranny in the country when the government pleads the fifth

I said answer I was hoping for.  At 47% you can see I don't agree on much with any of them.

Also not wise to lower the withholding to 4.2% instead of trying to 'stimulate' the economy a different way.

Mine came up with Romney at 53%, then Huntsman, then Newt.  thumbsup

Here's what I don't get about the far right and gay marriage:

1 - It doesn't harm anyone.
2 - It's nobody else's business.
3 - Why does anyone care?

70% of Americans between 18-35 approve of gay marriage.  33% of 55+ "disapprove".  You just have to give in to the future.  If you don't like it, who cares anyway, it doesn't affect you at all.  4pezz2

I respectfully disagree.  There are a lot of things that don';t "hurt" me, but that doesn't make it right.  I have no problem with gays living tiogether and doing whatever their little hearts desire.
However, in my old-fashioned view, the purpose of marriage is pro-creation and a setting for the family.  A gay person doesn't have to be married in order to adopt a child.  In this cocamammy world they can even have their eggs fertilized and implanted and bear a child if a lesbian.  We don't have to legalize every aberrant behavior.  Obviously, I don't buy the "born that way" bullcrap.

So that means you're against senior citizens getting married too.  They will not pro-create into their 60's & 70's & 80's.

And who sits up high & defines "aberrant behavior"?  Politicians who cheat & steal?  Voters who, apparently like you know nothing but what they've been brought up to believe in?

You have the right to define it for yourself but not for others.

"Little hearts" -- that is so condescending.  What do you fear from gays?

Obviously, I don't buy the "born that way" bullcrap.

It's only "bullcrap" to you.  Studies prove you are wrong although I'm certain it is a choice for some but who cares anyway?  How does their choice affect you?

Hal, you are certainly not "Careless" if you think it's appropriate that our lame-ass society of voters decide how anybody should live.  How's our voting record lately?  Bush 2ice &  Obama!  That's the voters of this country.

You are God's child no more, no less than any gay or eunuch.  And He loves you no more, no less despite your rotten opinion.

'Nuff said.  Keep your head buried.

To put it bluntly, you are full of shit. It is aberrant behavior,.  I am forcing my views?  It is just the other way around.  The world turned upside down.  Maybe you buy into to the psuedo-science that tries to justify everything.  If you are that gulliable so be it. I have heard pedophillia called an "illness"  also.  I suppose someone as naive as you buys into to that too.

No one is deciding how anyone should live.  As I said before,  we don't have to change our laws everytime some special interest group gets a bug up their ass. I forgot more than you will ever know. PS--I was brought up a liberal Democrat.

Actually it seems like the people that want to make the laws are the anti gay marriage people and they are decided how people should live.  But Hal when you said you 'had to work with' gays I think you are not as tolerant as you claim.

Churches should always have the right to perform or not perform a "gay marriage".............but when it comes to civil unions in which two people are viewed in the eyes of the law as "married" and afforded the same benefits we have no right to deny.

When we deny, we are passing judgement upon their sin.......and can someone point to the Bible and tell me where the act of homosexuality is any more of a sin than coveting thy neighbors wife?

How does anybody else's choices, desires or happiness affect YOU?

Your CHOICE to call it "aberrant behavior" is exactly that - your choice!  And you are absolutely forcing your views and the fact that you think that I'm full of shit just goes to prove your bigotry.  Please don't try to run from that; it is bigotry.
