Westfield, IN- Martin Scharf presented the 6th annual Gallo Blue Chip Scholarship to Michael Fahy of Washington, Pennsylvania at The Meadowlands over the weekend. Fahy is the son of Bill and Moira Fahy and attends Marietta College in Ohio, where he is a double major in International Business and Asian Studies.
The $15,000 award, sponsored by Scharf in honor of his pacing gelding who won over $4.2 million in his career, retiring as the richest pacer of all-time, pushes overall Gallo Blue Chip Scholarship educational benefits over $100,000.
