Hey Jass... I haven't bowled in 15 years...they didn't have right and left bowling shoes back then...at least I never heard of them and where do I buy these so call pads

and stop picking on the blondes  :P

Damn you caught me, thought you were working on those damn books ? I'll have to call B and tell him

you have too much time on your hands  dorkusinterruptus  They have had left and right handed shoes

for  40 years that I know of and if you bought right handed and need left handed the soles won't help

so you'll need new shoes go to bowlingball.com they have some really good deals if you want you can

probably get a sliding sole glued or however they attach them to your left sole at a bowling pro shop.

Puddy I started last year at 220 by the halfway mark I was down to 195 by the end I was 178  4pezz2

I started this year at 200 and the last 2 weeks my series were 451 and 462 which will bring me down

to about 172   idunno But now I started all over and am working on a whole new approach and new

delivery which I call  "The fat crippled man 4 step approach"  I'll let you know how it works out after

monday night  rflmao1 I know it can't hurt me series any  4pezz2 shootme
Something that may or may not help you. When the lanes break down you just don't move a board. I found out with the resin balls that I had to move like 5 boards and that did the trick.

Speaking of brownjug. Where the hell has he been? Did he hit the lotto and move out of the country.  rflmao1 rflmao1 rflmao1 rflmao1

No did not hit lotto, just handicapping horses got so easy I decided to take up another hobby, driving the kids around and watching 5 basketball games a week!

I hit my left ankle two times in a row while releasing the ball from my right hand. I know bowling is a violent contact sport!

First, tie your shoe laces.  Second, forget the trick shots!  rflmao1

You could also move INSIDE into the Oil.....this will increase early slide and cut down on Friction.....but that's a whole other story rflmao1

haven't seen that yet with the resin bowling balls. Sure if you throw it straight with no revs let it slide and leave 5-7's
