They must be saints

Here at Balmoral and they have brought out a group of mentally and physically challenged adults. The folks who do this have to be saints. They do this from time to time.  Hope they enjoy the races. Maybe I'll give them some tips. (although I'm not sure they have any betting money. Maybe I'll buy them a ticket)

From what I remember about  30% of the people in the Grandstands at BAL were mentally challenged... 4pezz2
