9 people shared in the little over $3 million dollar lottery giving them only $416,000.00 , the odds are 1-10 million you can hit this and 9 people have it?

Mo, here in Illinois everything is fixed!  Some insiders are very happy with their windfall.  I in ten million the odds of matching , so what are the odds of 9 winning combos?  I don't see anything about the numbers that indicate many would pick them.  No No. 7!

It would be interesting to see how many played an auto ticket, and how many picked their own numbers.
