The Saratoga junior driving champion, Jay Randall, is joined in the winners circle by his proud mother and sister, Mrs. John Randall and JoAnne. Completing the presentation are track president Ernest B. Morris and Matt Graves, sports editor of the Troy Times Record. The 11 regional winners will meet in a championship event later this fall to compete for a total of $4,000 in cash and college scholarships.
