I hit the half-time and final on the numper board at the VFW. I must be the very best capper ever on bets where I have no control.

If you watched the whole game you now understand the difference between a close game & a great game.

Brady & his receivers never recovered after the under thrown pass to Gronk that turned into the game's only turnover.

Champions the last two years in football and baseball

Giants had to win their last two games to get in the playoffs

St Louis Cardinals had to win their last two games and Atlanta had to lose to get into the playoffs (or have a single game playoff)

In 2010 Packers needed to win the last two games to get in the playoffs

In 2010 San Fran Giants had to win their last game to avoid a single game playoff.

This is true, and it's amazing how so many SINGLE plays can turn a game around, but the game is over if the receiver with some of the best hands in the NFL catches the last ball thrown to him....Collingsworth said it...He probably catches that ball 100 out of 100 Times...WELL...99 out of 100 now.......would hate to be him today, must feel awful....

I thought the game was kinda weak at best. More bad plays and mistakes than good plays. No turnover deep in your own end, no long kick returns, no real big sacks - things that swing the momentum on one play.

NE had plenty of chances by they had many dropped passes, Brady's mental mistake for a safety, offside penalty on 3rd and 7 by NE early in 4th qtr, Welker falling just short of the 30 for a 1st down, and two fumbles by NYG that NE couldn't fall on.

My buddy pezz is gonna hate this but you gotta give Eli credit - he has really matured into a good QB.  idunno

How about the people who had 2-7 in those pools, especially the Big One's......There is NO Reason to go for 2 points there at the end...4 or 6 makes absolutely no difference....The Clock doesn't run on those plays.....did someone on the Giants Staff have 3-7 in a $50,000 Pool.....Hmmmmm...makes you wonder, lol

Being up by 6 gives you the opportunity to block an extra point and go to OT if NE scores a TD

My Bride got a call from a ladyfriend of ours to tell me that I hit a board at the American Legion that I forgot that I even got on. When it rains it pours.

I'll probably never win another bet the rest of my life. rflmao1
