What a job by Danny Noble!

Danny Noble just won the 6th race by many with Currently Flying who looked like he broke his leg at the wire. Not sure how Danny kept the horse from going down, but he did one hell of a job!

I understand they put a boot on the horse and got him off the track, but I don't see how. Sad to see, but thankfully does not happen often in our sport.

On a sort of related note, Danny tied George Brennan today for the most wins in 2011, despite having had 80+ fewer drives.

Anyone who knows Danny loves the kid. Like I told him: "When your head is out of your ass, you can drive a motherf**ker!"

I did witness his skills at The Red Mile.  He is game, those horses he drives are usually not  perfect hosses. Usually fast and silly go hand and hand..
