S&P 500 1,428

today's close:

Dow 12,756 -489 points since the election
NAZZ 2,888 -123 points since the election
S&P 500 1,374 -54 points since the election

keep in mind that GM and Citigroup were kicked out later that year.

I don't care either way as long as it's all factual. I just don't like whitewashing.

took much blame or credit is always given to one party when in fact both parties are the cause imo

I agree with that... and also a few things that you can't really pin on either party.

In the late 90's we had stocks that were way overvalued.

In the early 2000's we had companies cooking the books

In the late 2000's we had the mortgage crisis...  but that be tied back to earlier policies that made the economy stronger temporarily in the late 90's

Now we have both parties that are more concerned with how much the rich are getting taxed vs planning on how to get more people off assistance.
