American National Night Balmoral 11/10

Seen it in a few other threads, so I figured I would start one for it.


We are planning on heading out to Balmoral for AM NAT night. ITS outing for anyone who wants to come. This will be 3 years in a row we have gotten together for this.

Bump - right now the weather looks very favorable for Saturday. Anybody who is in the area that has never been to an ITS outing really should think about joining us.
Just for fun lets make a top 10 (or more) list of memorable ITS moments at Balmoral.

1) Mr B yelling "Come on Ronnie" while watching a stretch dual at Yonkers during the playing of the National Anthem.

2. Yeah Baby announcing his 70th consecutive bet at Balmoral without cashing a ticket!  (looks like he won't make it this time, and who can blame him?)

When Mr & Mrs Chicago Jazz brought their little baby boy dressed in a Chicago Cubs uniform and I yelled. "Child abuse, child abuse!"

When YB & I got into high gear on the beer and noc said, "I'm starting to feel sorry for the bartender."

When noc commented "look at that one limp, he looks lame" yet that one turned out to be an easy winner at long odds. The Skipper cashed BIG and begged noc the rest of  the night to point out more limping, lame horses.

That was the best  but I thought it was a race at M1 ? Anyway they are playing

the national anthem and it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop then all of a sudden you hear a loud

voice "com'on ronnie get thru" "com'on ronnie get thru that hole" "com'on ronnie get up" "get up !"
