Obviously quick speed counts for a lot in the Jug. Kingcole is staked to the race, and will have had about a month off by race day. He cut out fractions of 25.3, 52.3, 1:20.1 in the Battle of Brandy, but A Rocknroll Dance went by him on the last turn.

In the start before that he got nosed out in the Jersey Classic by Panther Hanover. He took the field to the three-quarter mark in 1:18.2. The final time was 47.2.

If they enter him, I

I think he could be a huge factor, certainly makes any race he is in interesting!

I agree, but IMO he is so whacked on going so fast so early now, that even on the half, he will set up a race, but I don't see him winning a division

A year or two ago Roger got wound up and called a winning time that would have required a last qtr around 20 secs. We all looked at each other incredulous, and asked if we'd all heard the same thing. In the recap it was 6 or 7 seconds slower.

I'm glad I never make mistakes. rflmao1  What a fun time Jug Week is!
