He reported what he knew to his bosses.  When they failed to act, he should have notified the authorites pronto.  There is just no excuse for this.

No penalty severe enuff in this country for this type of crime.

Hearing more on Fox News and CNN. The more I hear the more Sick it makes me! Men with this authority, and they let horrific acts go on! JS needs to be castorated!
