According to the law, teachers have to report any suspected child abuse to the authorities. That woman is a real low-life to use her position to abuse that poor teen aged boy. I can tell you that most of the times, the victims and their parents don't want the notoriety and the perp is not prosecuted. They are forced to resign and have their teacher's certification revoked.
