I'm pretty sure you are signing the ticket for your way out of here now.
No, due to my job I am not an USTA member......I've never owned a horse myself and had no desire to get my trainers license......might rethink it though.

We claimed a horse out of Michigan knowing an owner my sister was working for in Delaware at the time was very interested in buying.......turned the horse out for a few weeks and trained it back down before shipping it (Buck and I together shipped the horse) out to Delaware for the new owners to take over.......I believe at the time the Michigan claiming rule was 60 days.........well, we (all involved) screwed up and entered the horse to qualify on the 59th day.........

......big no-no...........there are absolutely no rules on what you can do with a horse after you claim it.........but there are of course rules on when the horse can be entered out of state.
No lying about it..........Buck went into his hearing........told them what he did and suffered the consequences...........didn't place blame else where..........did whine.........did the time and paid the fine.
And you think it is an issue?

The Acepromazine positives have been retold and retold over and over on these forums.........not gonna do it again..........it's one reason I am so adamant about our laws being archaic..........I know what a positive test does to a trainer and their family.........I know how wrong those who claim after a positive it is business as usual........we went bankrupt and moved in with my parents with two little babies..........guess what, Buck said exactly what he did........we even had the veterinarian make statements on his behalf, but the vet was an Ohio vet, the positives were in Michigan and the withdraw times were different.............it was nearly 20 years ago, Buck was 33 years old and just starting out on his own and trusted the vets opinions.

There is nothing to hide.........I can discuss all the details further in depth if you want, you can call me while I water my flowers later on tonight. 614-778-5905
OH! The profanity! Buck's an asshole!

He got what he deserved......he didn't like the judges call and as he was hanging up the paddock phone after calling them Bud Teeters heard him mutter under his breath "dumbasses" and fined him. Simple.

It was unprofessional........wouldn't surprise me if it happens again because at times his mouth gets WAY ahead of where his brain should be.........but guess what.......I wrote the check out for the fine.....didn't talk to him for a few days and let it go.
He hasn't had a speeding ticket in about 5 years and I don't think I've had one in 10 or 15.
I'm always late on the truck payment.
Pay my electric bill on the last possible day..........and occasionally bluff with with a 8-9 off suit in my hand.
I've got lots of holey underwear..............Buck had bad breath this morning and I think he stiffed one of the joggers a mile.
Let's see what else............we haven't had sex in five days and my period is about to start.
Are you satisfied?
