Hawthorne Saturday
« on: February 06, 2016, 09:16:49 AM »
Final card for a couple months.  Plan on being there.  Has not been the best start of the year for me.  Ended up in the hospital for almost a week but thankfully seem to be on the way to making a full recovery. I still can't drive but luckily my son is taking me.  Hope someone had my longy winner from yesterday.   I actually had to make a withdrawal from my betting account.  Hope to make another today!

Race 1 #6 Golden -Nugget-  looks well placed here.

Race 2  #10 Mystical Jet- has been disappointing, bot chance to make amends.  #4 Blackjack Rivindel- Old and Slow's horses have been racing well this week.  I have to play no matter what it looks like on paper.  #9 Sir Arthur D-  overdue

Race 3  #2 Terrorize The Moon  & #3 No More Terror- see comment race 2

Race 4  #6 Gypsy Leather-  drops

Race 5  #6 Control Tower-came back strong after long layoff

Race 6    #7 Duneside Perttie-Coming off huge race

Race 7   #1 Cenaltafirecracker-  expect big effort

Race 8  #7 Jones Beach- honest sort

Race 9  #6 Fort Silky-drops

Race 10#6 Best Man Hanover- can handle hike

Race 11 #6 Don't Betrei Me- will be flying at end  #2 Krusty The Clown- better post and class drop

RAce 12   #4 King Leonidas- just missed last

Good luck all 8)

Big class drop (CR 81 to 71) and big driver change yet still get 15/1

After suffering thru a lull in the middle of the card I came on strong the last 3 races and it looks like I'll have to make another withdrawal. thumbsup  Beats getting your ass kicked!    Think I'll sit out most harness till May.  Did Horse bleep at Big M.  Will get in some T-bred action in races leading up to Derby.
