Curious as to how the track will play tonight after the rain last night. The real question is whether speed will hold.
Here goes:
R1 - 7,2 1,4($) 3
R2 - 2,7 1 8
R3 - 2,7 4($),9($) 3
R4 - 2 1,8 5,6
R5 - 1,3($) 5,7 8,11,4
R6 - 1,10,9 8 3,7
R7 - 2,4,9 7 6
R8 - 9,7,1 8,10 12,11,6,4
R9 - 2,3,5 7($),9 4($),6
R10 - 5,2,1 4,9,8($)
R11 - 2,1 3 6,4,7
Random thoughts:
Race 3 - ANGELS RANSOM trotted a 27.2 first quarter, much too fast. Could hit the ticket at a price if he rates better.
Race 6 - ROCKINGCAM PARK and FIYONCE draw outside posts. If an upset is coming, it's probably here.
Race 8 - ROYALTY FOR LIFE trotted a 1:51.3 qualifier! He wins if he stays flat. I thought SPIDER BLUE CHIP was huge last week, showing good speed at both ends. I like him a lot tonight despite the Purple Jesus opting off for a Takter horse.
Race 9 - Lots of speed in this race, but with GOLDEN RECEIVER inside the other speed, someone is getting parked out tonight. WARRAWEE NEEDY and SWEET LOU look tough tonight. I think BOLT THE DUER could trip out tonight and win. It'll really depend on how well speed holds because GOLDEN RECEIVER doesn't take well to pressure and the front end could collapse.
Race 10 - SUNSHINE BEACH looked awesome with Brennan aboard, but CAPTAINTREACHEROUS has been unbelievable. If you're looking for a price to hit the board, I think it might be BEACH MEMORIES, especially if speed doesn't hold. Check the track bias.
Race 11 - NOVASCOTIA HANOVER had a nice qualifier against WAKE UP PETER. Danger!
Good luck!
