Promising yet controversial New York harness racing trainer Timothy Case - the brother of banished reinsman - Walter Case Junior, died on Saturday night (July 28).
The 44-year-old horseman, who was also under suspension, was found dead at his Middletown home. It is believed he hung himself.
Case had no children but is survived by his wife Delores, his mother Carol, and siblings Stephen, Kelly and Walter Jr (11,038 career wins and $43m).
