This is the type of State Highway Patrolman they want in Ohio? Multiple domestic cases against him, and he masturbates with a young boy to "teach him" something?
If I ever got a ticket from this cop, I would go to court and question him myself. That would get me a reasonable doubt acquittal on about any charge.
