Good luck out there guys.  I made a few bets , but will stick closer to home for most of my action.   8) 8) 8)
the big race has sure peaked everyone's interest.  I boxed Rock, Foiled and Capt in it.  I see some have picked Modern Legend.  If he wins I'll kiss that person's bare ass at State and Washington at high noon.

Some quick comments:

Race 1 - Field is begging to be beat.  Going with WHIRL MONROE since he likes this track.
Race 2 - SHAKE IT CERRY looks to dominate.  Wins if she doesn't break.
Race 3 - AUNT CAROLINE is no fluke, but driver is, however.  Put in a 26 first panel at Balmoral against the bias two back and still hung on for a distant 3rd.
Race 4 - If NUNCIO hits the throttle, not sure the others will keep up.
Race 5 - DOCTOR BUTCH threw down some big speed last time and WINDSONG JACK will be overbet.
Race 6 - WISHING STONE will blast again and ARCH MADNESS should get a pocket trip.  MARKET SHARE has to leave for position because he won't kick past MISTER HERBIE.
Race 7 - PANESTHETIC needed that race, will be stronger tonight.  SALEVESTER STALLION should be right there on the ticket.
Race 8 - STEVENSVILLE put in a big, two-move mile last time but faltered as favorite.  If speed isn't holding tonight (like last night), then expect an upset here.
Race 9 - INSTANT RESPECT didn't fade that much considering a 25.4 opening quarter.  Danger!
Race 10 - PET ROCK is versatile and draws inside main foes.  CAPTAINTREACHEROUS is here to win and I don't know if Timmy has bottomed this one out yet.  He won't kick past these, so I'm expecting big speed from him tonight.  Taking back to pick up a check just won't cut it.
Race 11 - BEE A MAGICIAN, 2013 HOY.

Good luck!

need the 2 3 or 5 to get the pick 4 at Northfield.  The 1 scares me the most.

Thanks.

Whose idea was it to put light green lettering on a silver blanket for the Moni Maker?

It would be a travesty of Biblical proportions if Bee A Magician wasn't voted HOY.

I am not so certain now. It is extremely close between Foiled Again and Bee A Magician after tonight in my opinion. Tough to vote against either one. She is unbeaten, he races against the very best horses on the continent every single week and is over $6 million. Tough choice.
